We will explore how the newest generation of AI tools can do far more than draft text or answer
questions. These emerging AI agents can help lawyers and judges manage workflows, break down complex tasks, organize information, generate strategic options, and support stronger, faster work across
a range of practice settings. This CLE will cut through the hype and focus on what matters: what these systems are, how they differ from earlier AI tools, where they can add real value in legal
practice, and how to use them thoughtfully while avoiding common risks and pitfalls. Attendees will leave with a clearer sense of where AI is heading and how to start using these tools in practical,
responsible, and high-value ways.
