Developed in collaboration with the Nevada Latino Bar Association and the State Bar of Nevada LGBTQ+ Section, this program features attorneys from private practice, in-house
counsel, and government service sharing their career journeys and discussing practical ways to elevate LGBTQIA+ voices within the legal profession.

FACULTY
Tim Caballero is
Senior Manager and Principal Counsel, Business & Legal Affairs, Original Series at Netflix and serves as the business and legal partner for Kids & Family content across scripted, unscripted,
and animated programming. In this role, he leads complex negotiations involving production, talent, rights, licensing, and acquisitions, while providing strategic legal counsel to cross-functional
teams throughout every stage of the content lifecycle – from development and production through global release. Tim is also Vice President of the Gloria Borges WunderGlo Foundation which seeks to
empower and inspire those fighting cancer and those finding ways to eradicate it.
Kevin
Kampschror is a
senior associate at Sgro & Roger and a workers’ compensation specialist who has represented nearly 10,000 injured workers before Nevada administrative bodies and courts. A magna cum laude
graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law, he is also active in the community and serves as a National Commissioner of and on the executive board of the Anti-Defamation League Nevada, with extensive
pro bono work and advocacy experience.
Raquel "Rocky" Lazo has
spent over 20 years as an Assistant Federal Public Defender. While attending William Boyd School of Law she spent two years as a law clerk at the Federal Public Defender’s office. After graduating
magna cum laude she served as a federal law clerk for two years to the Honorable U.S. Magistrate Judge Lawrence Leavitt. Following her judicial clerkship, she worked briefly with the Clark County
Public Defender’s office until she had the opportunity to return to federal practice. When she is not in the courtroom defending her clients, you can find her on the sidelines of a beach volleyball
court rooting on her daughter.
Andres Ojeda Morales (moderator) is an
attorney with Dotts Law Office. Andrés earned a J.D. from the USC Gould School of Law (Certificate in Business Law) and an LL.M. in International Business and Economic Law from the Georgetown
University Law Center (Certificate in Securities and Financial Law). He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Los Angeles. In addition to his practice, Andrés serves
as Director at Large of the Nevada Latino Bar Association, contributing remotely to support the organization’s mission and the broader legal community.
