Sedina Banks, Partner at Greenberg Glusker LLP, specializes in regulatory compliance and environmental litigation. She counsels and represents a broad array of clients including property owners, municipalities, and companies in a wide range of environmental matters related to regulatory compliance, contaminated properties, CEQA, water quality, and air quality issues, and real estate transactional support. She also represents clients with consumer product compliance, advertising, and labeling matters and defends consumer protection claims brought under various federal and state laws. She is licensed to practice in California and Nevada. Sedina serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Roberts Environmental Center and sits on the Executive Committee of the Nevada State Bar’s Environmental & Natural Resources Section.She also represents clients with consumer product compliance, advertising, and labeling matters and defends consumer protection claims brought under various federal and state laws.
